If one of your participants has purchased raffle tickets in error, you can quickly and easily refund those tickets by following the steps below.
Refunding Raffle Tickets
Go to Raffle > Buyers & Winners
Click the Buyers tab
Click the raffle ticket that you want to refund
Click the gear icon from the right-side menu. If you don't see it, scroll to the right or zoom out of your screen.
Select Refund Transaction
All the raffle tickets purchased in that transaction will be refunded, even those raffle tickets that were already submitted. There is no option to partially refund a transaction.
