Accelevents has full refunding capabilities for event ticketing. When refunding, you have the option to refund an entire order (for multiple tickets), or a single ticket.
To refund a ticket purchase:
- From the Admin Console, navigate to the Attendees tab --> Orders
2. Search for the order you would like to refund, and in the Actions drop-down menu, Refund
3. On the following Issue Refund page, be sure to select the refund quantity amount, and click Refund!
Once the ticket has been refunded, ticket buyers will receive a ticket refund email notification.
