Reviewing your analytics can give you a better understanding of your audience's behavior. The results in your analytics can also determine what approach and adjustments you need to do on your next event.

For higher plans (Scale, Professional, Enterprise, and White Label) we have added analytics that may give you more insights about attendees and their behavior.

1. Attendee Analytics

The attendee analytics will give you an overview of your attendee's profile, what tickets they bought, sessions they've attended, total connections they've made with other attendees, and the number of times they engaged in exhibitor booths.

Instead of having to check each session report to know which sessions an attendee joined, the attendee analytics gives you that information instantly without having to cross-check several reports.

This can be found in the Attendees tab, then select Attendee from that section

2. Session Analytics Line Graph

The session analytics line graph will indicate which parts of the session had the most attendees both for the live session and when they view the recording.

This will let you know if you need to make adjustments to your content for your next event or next session. If in the middle of the session, you see a big drop in attendees, it might be a good idea to review your content and think of what would make it more interesting for your attendees to stay and watch the whole session.

To find this, go to your Analytics tab and select Sessions. Click the individual session to open the right side menu, the graph will appear at the bottom of the Analytics tab.

We're working on more analytics so stay tuned for updates!
