The Dashboard gives you an overview of your event. Here you'll find your event URL, a summary of registrations, sales, and attendee analysis.
Event Checklist
On top of the Dashboard, you'll see a count of items you have accomplished to set up your event. To know what other items you need to complete, click the Show Task button. The task checklist will be your guide to know what other essential event settings you need to complete.
Event Page or Fundraiser Page
The upper left side of the Dashboard will show you the event URL. From here, you can copy the URL. When you click the edit (pencil) icon, it will take you to the Event Website tab where you can edit the last part of the URL.
If you have a fundraising event, another field below will show the Event Text Message Number. Click here to learn more on how to generate an event text message number.
Total Registrations
This section will show you the number of tickets sold over the total number of tickets available.
Event Ticketing
This will give you information regarding your ticket sales, registration, and more.
Trailing 7 days traffic - shows you the number of tickets sold within the past 7 days; hover your mouse pointer at the tip of the graph to see the number of page views for that particular date.
Net Sales - shows you the total net sales; you can select from hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly view; hover your mouse pointer at the tip of the graph to see the net sales for that particular date.
Event Date - shows you the start and end date of your event
Registrations (trailing 7 days) - shows you the number of tickets sold for the past 7 days; hover your mouse pointer to the graph to see the information for a specific day
Sales by Ticket Type - shows you the number of tickets sold per ticket type over the total number of tickets available
Attendee Analysis - shows you the number of people that checked in to your event; you can also view by ticket type and by a specific date.
Fundraising Modules
If you're having a fundraiser or a virtual event together with a fundraiser, the overview of the fundraiser will be visible at the bottom part of the Dashboard.
Auction
Ends in - shows the remaining days, hours, and minutes left for the auction
Total Bid Value - shows the total amount of bids your fundraiser received; this is not your total sales
Auction Items - shows the total number of auction items, how many of those have bids, and how many were paid for
Bids - shows the total number of bidders and the total number of bids placed
Raffle
Ends in - shows the remaining days, hours, and minutes left for the raffle
Gross Sales - shows the total gross sales
Raffle Items - shows the total number of raffle items and how many of those have tickets submitted
Ticket Buyers - shows the total number of raffle ticket buyers and the total number of tickets purchased
Fund a Need
Ends in - shows the remaining days, hours, and minutes left for the Fund a Need
Funds Raised - shows the total amount of funds raised
Fund a Need Items - show the total number of Fund a Need items and how many of those have donations
Donors - shows the total number of donors
