Automatic Raffle Ticket Dispensing

If donors purchase raffle tickets but do not submit all of their tickets before the drawing, our system will automatically dispense their tickets evenly across the available prizes, giving each purchase a chance to win the prizes!

Example:

A participant bought 6 raffle tickets and there are 4 raffle items. The participant had submitted 1 ticket for each raffle item. The remaining 2 tickets have not been submitted yet. Before drawing, our system would assign those 2 tickets across the 4 items.

1 ticket will be assigned to item A and the other ticket will be assigned to item B.

Or 1 ticket will be assigned to item C and the other ticket to item D.

Or 1 ticket will be assigned to item A and the other to item C.

The remaining 2 tickets would be dispensed randomly across the 4 items.

We recommend advising participants to submit their raffle tickets to the items they want to win prior to drawing, this way they have the choice of where their tickets would go and which item they want to win.

Either way, no raffle ticket is lost since we automatically dispense those remaining unassigned raffle tickets across the available prizes.
