If you're not using the Accelevents to Salesforce integration to add or update contacts after registering in Accelevents, you can still have the attendee information appear in their Salesforce record by creating a Zap!
With this Zap, their order form answers will show in Salesforce and other auto-generated information like their order number, ticker number, ticket name, magic link, and more.
Your Zap would look like this:

Click Test Trigger so Zapier can check for a successful connection between the two platforms.
Select a transaction to test. Then click Continue with selected record. If the test is successful, it will move on to the next step.

5. Search for the Email Field
For the Field to Search By field, choose Email
6. Search for the Ticket Holder's Email value
For the Search Value, search for Event Tickets Holder Email

1. Create another Action
Click the + button below the action you created and select Salesforce
2. Select Update Contact, Lead, or Record
Search for "update" and select which object to update based on what you've selected in the previous action.
Since you've already connected your Salesforce account in the previous action, you can click Continue to set the action.
3. Map the Object ID
In Record to Update, click the 3 dots and choose Custom. Search and select ID under Find Record in Salesforce.
4. Map the Other Fields
Map all the other information from Accelevents you need to show in Salesforce. In this example, we are mapping the Magic Link, Order Number, and Ticket Number from Accelevents to corresponding fields in Salesforce.
5. Test and Publish
When you're done mapping, test the step and check Salesforce to see if the data is carried over. Then, you can publish the Zap! That's it!
If you want the Accelevents data to also update in other Salesforce objects, you can add more actions to find and update the record. In the zap below, we add 2 more steps to add the magic link to a custom object in Salesforce.
