The Cvent to Accelevents integrations allows you to register attendees to the event through Cvent and automatically add them as attendees in Accelevents.
How Does It Work?
In Cvent, you'll need to create a webhook and insert the Accelevents API key in the webhook settings, then you'll need to associate the webhook to your Cvent event.
In Accelevents, you'll need to enable and configure the Cvent integration. You'll need to map the ticket types in the configuration to ensure that the correct ticket type is assigned to the attendee. You can also map data coming from the Accelevents order to appear in the Cvent record such as the order number, ticket number, magic link and more.
Once configured, registrations coming from Cvent will automatically be added to Accelevents.

Associate the Events
Select the Cvent event(s) to be associated with this Accelevents event, then click Fetch Registration Types to load next step for ticket type mapping.
Map the Ticket Types
In the previous step, we selected a default ticket type (usually done for events with only 1 ticket type). If you have multiple ticket types in your event, you need to map the Accelevents tickets to Cvent Registration Types to assign the appropriate ticket to attendees. The Cvent Registration Types that would appear on the dropdown are from the Cvent event(s) you associated above. If the ticket is not mapped, then the default ticket type will be assigned to the attendee.
Export Some Order Information to Cvent
This is optional. If you want some order information to automatically appear in Cvent after the order is created, you can map these Accelevents fields to Internal Information fields in Cvent through the configure menu's Order Information Mapping section:
Order ID
Ticket ID
Ticket Type (this is the ticket name)
Magic Link
Barcode ID
AE Event Name
Note: In the Cvent field column, you may see Registration Questions and Internal Information fields, you can only map to Internal Information fields. The mapping will be ignored if you map to Registration Questions.
Include Cvent ticket exchanges in manual resync
When the toggle to Include Cvent ticket exchanges in manual resync is enabled, the ticket type in Accelevents will update to the currently assigned registration type in Cvent when the Resync button is clicked in Accelevents or Cvent.
If this is disabled and the registration type is changed in Cvent, it will not update in Accelevents when the Resync button is clicked in Accelevents or Cvent.
Notes:
If the ticket type is changed in Accelevents, it will not update in Cvent
If the new registration type assigned to the attendee in Cvent and the registration type is not mapped, it will not change the ticket in Accelevents, it will be ignored if it's not mapped.
Import Other Information from Cvent to Accelevents
Aside from the attendee's name and email address, other information from the Cvent contact record can be imported to active ticket holder fields.
Registration Questions
If you added registration questions in your registration process in Cvent, the answers to those questions will appear in the ticket holder information in Accelevents under these conditions:
The Accelevents ticket holder questions have the same labels as the registration questions in Cvent.
The Accelevents ticket holder questions are set to Active.
The Resync button is clicked in Accelevents. Answers to the registration questions will not automatically appear in Accelevents after they register in Cvent. A push (resync button) is needed for the information to import to Accelevents.
Contact Information
The fields do not need to be mapped, it will automatically import the information if the contact field label matches with the Accelevents field label. (e.g. The contact Title will import to Accelevents if the field name is Title and not Job Title)
As for the fields in the table below, they will be imported even if the fields do not have matching labels.
Cvent Contact Field | Accelevents Order Form Field |
Company | Organization |
Work Address 1 | Billing Address - Address 1 |
Work Address 2 | Billing Address - Address 1 |
Work Address 3 | Billing Address - Address 2 |

This can automatically appear in the Ticket Holder report under the Ticket Barcode Id column.
Note: You'll need to request this from Accelevents, please contact your Account Manager or CSM to enable this.

Do a Test Registration
To see if the integration works, register an attendee through Cvent.
Select the Registration Type to ensure that the correct ticket type is assigned to the attendee.
After registering, the order will be created in Accelevents with the ticket you selected.
Notes:
Only unique registrations from Cvent will be imported to Accelevents, even if you do not have the toggle turned on for unique attendee emails in the Accelevents settings.
If you're integrating multiple events, you'll need to repeat the same steps above for each event as the webhook is specific to an event.
Sync Registrations Through Accelevents
If you have existing registration in Cvent before integrating with Accelevents, you can push these registration to Accelevents after you integrate.
