MemberSuite Single Sign On (SSO)

Written by Ariane Ramirez

This feature is coming soon, stay tuned for updates!

Sign in to Your Dashboard Through MemberSuite

Single Sign-On (SSO) is like having a master key to unlock all the doors you need, instead of carrying a bunch of different keys for each door. ๐Ÿ—๏ธ

In the digital world, these "doors" are websites or apps, and the "key" is your username and password. Normally, you'd have to remember separate passwords for each app or website you use. But with SSO, you log in once with one set of credentials, and you're automatically logged into all the connected apps without typing in your info again.

When logging in to Accelevents through your Enterprise or White Label Dashboard, aside from the default single sign-on options, you can integrate platforms that provide Single Sign-On, such as MemberSuite.

When integrated with Accelevents, MemberSuite allows event organizers to securely and easily access the Accelevents platform using SSO. This means your team can log in through a central authentication system (MemberSuite), streamlining the process and improving security. Itโ€™s secure, convenient, and saves a lot of hassle.

Get The Association ID and Association Key in MemberSuite

  • Log in to your MemberSuite admin console

  • Go to Setup

  • Select Association Settings under General Setup

  • Copy the Association ID and Association Key

Add Your Association ID and Association Key to Accelevents

  • Go to your Enterprise / White Label Dashboard

  • Select Settings > SSO Configuration

  • Enable the toggle for MemberSuite

  • Enter the Association ID and Association Key

  • Click Save

Note: If you're unable to enter the information, please log out of your White Label Dashboard and sign in again using your White Label Login page URL (not the regular log in page). Your login page should look something like this:

Log in Through MemberSuite

Once configured, your dashboard login page will have a MemberSuite Login option. Click Log in with MemberSuite and sign in with your MemberSuite credentials. If you're already logged in to MemberSuite when you click Log in with MemberSuite, it will redirect you to your White Label Dashboard.

Note: The email address used to log in to MemberSuite must also be an email address of an admin in the Enterprise Dashboard.

The features below are optional features you can use with MemberSuite SSO connected.

Require SSO to access event's Website

If you want to require MemberSuite single sign on when logging in to the event, you can enable this setting per event. Note that they must be added as members in MemberSuite to log in.

  • Open the event's admin console

  • Go to Settings > General Settings

  • Enable Require SSO to access event's Website in SSO Settings

When this option is enabled, everyone is required to login through SSO to access the page.

When anyone visits your event page, they will be required to log in with MemberSuite before seeing the event page.

Routing Rules for MemberSuite Members

The Routing Rules feature allows you to redirect registrants to a specific registration link after they log in to MemberSuite. Once logged in, the buyer will be redirected to the correct link based on the rules you created.
