Your auction starts when you activate and purchase the auction plan. You only need to pay and activate the auction module when you're ready to take bids because activating it means starting your auction event.
Set Your Auction End Date & Time
To set the end date and time, go to Auction > Settings.
⚠️ Important note ⚠️
The dates configured in the Event Details tab do not apply to Fundraisers, it's only for ticketed events. If you are not selling event tickets, hide the ticket registration button in Registration > Set up Tickets.
Can I Still Change the Auction Start Date After I Activate it?
Yes, you can reach out to support to deactivate your auction, and then when you're ready to start accepting bids, reach out to support again to reactivate it. The reactivation date and time will be your new auction start date and time.
