Event Text Message Number

A unique US Event Text Message Number can be generated if you're using at least one of the fundraising modules. This is the number that participants will text to be able to bid on an auction, submit raffle tickets, pledge on a fund-a-need item, and donate.

Please note that the text option will only work for certain countries (including US and Canada). Please check with us if this will work in your country.

Once you activate a fundraising module, the Event Text Message Number is generated by our text messaging partner, Twilio. This number will appear in the Overview tab of the admin console and on the event landing page. If it's not appearing right away, you can refresh your page.

If you're still in the testing phase, you can Submit a Demo Bid to have the Event Text Message Number appear on the event landing page and in the Overview tab of the admin console. Once you submit a test bid, you will receive a text message from your Event Text Message Number, and the number will appear on both the event landing page and the Overview tab.

Note: The number will only send and receive text messages. Participants cannot call this number.
