Downloading Items From Accelevents to a CSV

Learn where and how to access itemized data relevant to your event.

Aside from downloading your event analytics, Accelevents provides organized event items available to download anytime during your event. In this article, learn where and how to extract that data for the following:

What you can download

Sessions

  • In the admin console, click Agenda & Speakers

  • Click the Agenda tab, and then click the Export Sessions button

A CSV file will download, containing 20 rows of the following information:

  • Title

  • Format

  • Session Type

  • Start Date & Time

  • End Date & Time

  • Full Detail

  • Capacity

  • Speaker List

  • Stream Provider

  • Accelevents Studio Link

  • Accelevents Streaming Key (RTMP ONLY)

  • RTMP URL (RTMP ONLY)

  • Live Streaming Page URL (RTMP ONLY)

  • Zoom Meeting ID

  • Zoom Password

  • YouTube Link

  • Vimeo Link

  • Wistia Link

  • Facebook Live Link

  • Vidyard Link

Below is a sample exported sessions CSV:

Speakers

  • In the admin console, click Agenda & Speakers

  • Click the Speakers tab, and then click the Export Speakers button

A CSV file will download, containing 10 rows of the following information:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email

  • Pronouns

  • Title

  • Company

  • Bio

  • LinkedIn URL

  • Instagram Handle

  • Twitter Handle

Below is a sample exported speakers CSV:

Exhibitors

  • In the admin console, click Exhibitors & Sponsors

  • Click the Exhibitors tab, and then click the Export Exhibitors button

A CSV file will download, containing 6 rows of the following information:

  • Exhibitor

  • Staff

  • Logo Image (URL)

  • Card Image (URL)

  • Banner Image (URL)

  • Carousel Image (URL)

Below is a sample exported exhibitors CSV:

Fundraising Items

You can download the Item List of your auction, raffle, or fund-a-need fundraising module.

  • Click the fundraising module in your admin console. In this example, click Auction and then click Add Items just below it

  • Click the Download button, and then click Item List

A CSV file will download, containing 11 rows of the following information:

  • Item Name

  • Item Code

  • Item Short Name

  • Bid Increment

  • Starting Bid

  • Buy it Now price

  • Item Description

  • Current bid

  • Type

  • Number of bidders who can win

  • Item Category

Below is a sample exported item list in CSV:
