How many people attended my event?
If you're looking for the number of ticketed attendees that checked in to your event, you can easily find this in the Attendees > Check In Attendees, and check the filter for Checked In.
Duplicate registrations will also show here. Currently we do not have a filter to remove duplicates.
Team members, speakers and exhibitors who don't have a ticket will not be included in this count.
If it's an in-person event and they only logged in to the app, but has not checked it at the venue, they will not be counted as checked in.
How many unique registrations are there in the event?
If you enabled the feature to have unique email addresses for each attendee, you can pretty much rely on any report you download from the admin console that counts all attendees to find this number.
But if your event has duplicate attendees, you can download the Attendee Usage report which is available only for Enterprise and White Label plans. The Attendees Usage report will show you how many unique users have access to your event. This includes attendees, speakers, exhibitors and team members. The ticket holders will be first on the list and at the bottom there will be a category for non-ticket holders.
It will NOT show the following:
Duplicate attendees - if an attendee has 2 tickets under the same email address, they will only appear once in the report.
Accelevents Staff - if an Accelevents staff enters your event to help you or adds themselves as staff, they will be removed from your list.
Download the Attendees Usage Report
This report will give you the names and email addresses in the CSV file
Go to the Enterprise or White Label Dashboard
Select the Events tab
Click the 3 dot menu on the event
Click Attendees Usage
For lower plans, you can download the Registration Data report and filter out the duplicates.
Who is included in the Attendees Count in the Overview?
This count will include all registrations including duplicates, event team members, speakers and exhibitors. It will not include Accelevents staff that added themselves as admin, speakers or exhibitors for testing.
If a team member/speaker/exhibitor has no ticket, that's counted as 1. If they have a ticket, then that's still counted as 1. If they have 2 tickets, then that's counted as 2.
Who is included in the Registrations Count in the Organizer Portal?
