The Spacer Object is an object that you can add to your page to add distance between two other objects on the page. You can add this blank object to let the page "breathe." Instead of adjusting the padding of each object, you can use the spacer object to add a space between them easily.
The Divider Object is a horizontal line you can add to your page. Use this to emphasize a divide between page sections or topics.

Drag the spacer or divider object from the content menu to the template.

You can choose the type of line, thickness, color, width, and alignment.
Block Options
This last settings section in the content settings menu allows you to control the space between the object and the block (object container), hide the whole block, give the block an ID to identify it easily and create an anchor link.
Padding - Increasing the padding to add space between the object and the block or object container.
Hide On - hide the object from desktop or mobile view.
Block Identifier - this setting is used with an Action setting to create anchor links.
