When using the Advanced Event Website Builder, you can incorporate event elements to your page, such as your agenda, speakers, ticket registration, embeddable registration form (simple registration), event countdown, exhibitors, sponsors, event logo, session approval, exhibitor approval and a dynamic register / enter event button.
Widgets in the Advanced Event Website Builder
Some widget features / settings may not be the same as what you see on the standard website or the embeddable widgets to your website.
Agenda | The settings of this widget are completely independent from the embeddable Agenda widget for your website. We are currently improving this widget; stay tuned for updates! |
Speakers | This widget displays the same information as it does on the standard website and the Speakers embeddable widget. |
Tickets | This widget displays the same information as it does on the standard website and the Tickets embeddable widget. |
Embeddable Registration | The limitations of this widget are the same as the simple registration on the standard landing page and the embeddable widget to your external website.

Countdown | This widget displays the same information as it does on the standard website and the Countdown embeddable widget. |
Exhibitors | This widget displays the same information as it does on the standard website. |
Sponsors | This widget displays the same information as it does on the standard website. |
Event Logo | This widget displays the same information as it does on the standard website, and can be previewed in the template. |
Session Approvals | This widget displays the same information as it does on the standard website and the Approvals embeddable widget. |
Exhibitor Approvals | This widget displays the same information as it does on the standard website and the Approvals embeddable widget. |
Register Button | This dynamic widget displays the same information as it does on the standard website. On the event’s start date and time, it automatically updates to show “Enter Event.” The Register button widget functions differently from the Buy Button widget designed for external websites. |
Add an Event Widget to the Page
Drag the event widget from the Content tab to the template
Click the Add button from the template to add the widget
Click Preview to see what it would look like

Only the logo and speakers can be previewed in the editor. To see the rest of the widgets, please preview the page to see what they would look like.
The tickets and countdown widgets in the event website builder are not the same as those in Settings > Widget Options, so any changes done in Settings > Widget Options will not reflect in the event website builder. We are currently improving these widgets; stay tuned for updates!
Block Options
This last section in the content settings menu allows you to hide the object and give the block or object an ID to identify it easily.
Hide On - hide the object from desktop or mobile view.
Block Identifier - this setting is generally used with an Action setting to create anchor links.
