Download the Attendee App to Your Device

Note: For in-person events, logging in to the Attendee App does not count attendees as checked in to the event. Attendees must check in at the event venue via Kiosk or staff assistance.

Log In Without a Password by Sending a Magic Link from the App

This is the easiest and fastest way to log in. After downloading the app, enter your attendee email address, click Continue with Email, and click Send magic link. Once you get the email, click the link to log in to the app. That's it! Event admins can also send the magic link email to you.

Log in Without a Password by Clicking the Join Button

After downloading the app, open the order confirmation email you received after registering for the event. Click the Join button from the email to log into the app automatically. This will redirect you to the app's event landing page.

Important Note for iPhone Users

Clicking the link or button from your iPhone's built-in mail app inbox will automatically log you into the attendee app.

Clicking the link or button from other email apps, like Gmail or Outlook apps on your iPhone, may not automatically log you into the app, depending on your device. Instead, it will redirect to your mobile's browser, so you may need to create a password to log in to the app.

Log in by Creating a Password

If you want to log in with a password, open the app after downloading, enter your attendee email address, and click "Set Password." Follow the prompts to create your password and log in.

Log in With a Password

If you have previously created a password, open the app after downloading it, enter your attendee email address, click Continue with Email, and enter your password to sign in. This will redirect you to the app's My Events page.

Log In By Resetting Your Password

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking the "Forgot Password" option and following the prompts to reset it and log in.

If you're getting an error that the "Password reset link is not valid or expired. Please generate new link from reset password button." that means you already used that link to create a password. If you have several Recovery Password emails in your inbox, click the latest one you sent to yourself.

Delete the app if you still have issues creating a password by following the prompts. Then, send yourself the instructions to create a password through this link:

Without the app, the prompts to create a password will redirect to a browser, which might make it easier for you to create a password. Once done, download the app again and log in directly using your new password.
