Download the Attendee App to Your Device
Log in Without a Password by Clicking the Join Button
After downloading the app, open the order confirmation email you received after registering for the event. Click the Join button from the email to log into the app automatically. This will redirect you to the app's event landing page.
Important Note for iPhone Users
Clicking the link or button from your iPhone's built-in mail app inbox will automatically log you into the attendee app.
Clicking the link or button from other email apps, like Gmail or Outlook apps on your iPhone, will not automatically log you into the app. Instead, it will redirect to your mobile's browser, so you may need to create a password to log in to the app.
Login Without a Password by Clicking the Magic Link
If a Magic Link email was sent to you, click the link in that email to log into the app automatically. This will redirect you to the app's event landing page.
Log in With a Password
If you have previously created a password, open the app after downloading it and enter your username (email) and password. This will redirect you to the app's My Events page.
Log in by Creating a Password
If you don't have a password or forgot it, open the app after downloading it and click "Forgot Password." Follow the prompts to create your password.
