Bidder Registration or Credit Card Registration can be activated by the CX Team for you!

Bidder Registration Feature

The Bidder Registration feature will allow you and your staff to pre-register your auction bidders with their payment information when they arrive at your event. 

This feature will also automatically assign bidder numbers to participants, allowing you to use these bidder numbers for reference during your live auction.

If you'd like to use the Bidder Registration feature, you can contact us to activate it (credit card registration activation by superadmin).

Once activated, access your Event Staff Portal from your event page or through your profile.

You should see Bidder Registration from the menu. Click that to start entering the bidder's information.

Once the bidder's Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Credit Card information is submitted, the screen will populate the bidder number. The bidder will also receive a text message informing them of their bidder number and providing them with the online link to begin bidding on your silent auction items! 

Bidders can also pre-register for your auction using this link: (be sure to insert your event's URL where it says "YOUREVENT")
