Share a Page to Showcase a Sponsor

The Sponsor Page is a fully customizable page that you can share with attendees to showcase each sponsor. You can display the sponsor's name, description, logo, carousel image and associated speakers and sessions.

Enable Sponsor Pages

  • Go to Exhibitors & Sponsors > Sponsors

  • Click Settings

  • Enable Create unique page for each sponsor under Sponsor Pages

Customize the Page

From the screenshot above, you can click Website Pages or navigate the advanced page builder:

  • Go to Event Design > Event Website

  • Hover on the Sponsor Page and click Edit Page. This will open the template editor.

The Sponsor Page Template

In the template, you'll see widgets already added, which will show the sponsor's name, carousel image, logo, and the sessions and speakers associated with this sponsors. It also has merge tag that will pull the sponsor's description.

You can customize this whole page by dragging and dropping items to the template. You can also add other merge tags to pull other sponsor information such as the sponsor website url, sponsor tag and other sponsor images.

Notes:

  • There's only 1 sponsor page that will be generated; the content shown on the page will depend on the sponsor page link, so each sponsor will have their own link that will show their information.

  • Do not use the preview button, as it will not show you the preview of the page. You'll need to access individual sponsor page links to see the page.

  • You cannot save rows or add saved rows in the sponsor page.

  • If you're using the merge tags for sponsor images, it will pull the image URL, it will not display the image on the page.

View the Sponsor Page

When you're done editing, go back to the Sponsors tab to view each sponsor's page.

  • Go to Exhibitors & Sponsors > Sponsors

  • Click the link icon next to the sponsor name

  • Paste the link to a new tab to view the sponsor page

Note: The link is unique per sponsor; the slug will have the sponsor name.

In the example below, the sponsor is associated to 3 speakers and sessions, where the sessions are listed chronologically.
