Add Your Custom Font

Choose from the built-in font options or upload your own custom font to match your organization's brand guidelines.

This feature is available for Enterprise and White Label plans only

Consistent typography is one of the simplest ways to make your event feel polished and on-brand. With Accelevents' global font setting, you can apply a single typeface across all of your attendee-facing touchpoints—your event pages, emails, pdf attachments, and (soon) the attendee app—so everything looks cohesive without having to adjust each element individually.

You can either choose from the built-in font options or upload your own custom font to match your organization's brand guidelines. This article walks you through both approaches, explains where the font will and won't appear, and covers a few exceptions to keep in mind.

Apply a Global Font

  • Access your Enterprise or White Label Dashboard

  • Go to Settings > Branding

  • Select an available font from the dropdown

  • Click Save

Upload and Apply Your Own Font

  • Access your Enterprise or White Label Dashboard

  • Go to Settings > Branding

  • Click Manage under Custom Fonts

  • Click + Add Custom Font

  • Upload your font files (.woff2, .woff, .ttf, .otf (max. 10 MB per file, up to 10 files). You will need to upload 6 files for different font weights (Regular, Italic, Medium, Medium Italic, Semi Bold, Bold)

  • Assign the font file to the correct font weight. If you didn't upload 6 files, you'll need to choose the system's default font for the others. You can click Upload Files at the bottom to add more. Click Save when you're done.

  • Choose your custom font from the dropdown

  • Click Save

Where the font will and won't appear

Standard Web Pages

The font will apply to all the text on your web pages (e.g. standard landing page, virtual event hub, and confirmation pages)

There are some exceptions - it will not apply for text that that are added through the content editor such as the description in the about page and the disclaimer message, as the content editor has its own font and text settings.

Invoice and Ticket

Your global font will also apply to the downloaded invoice and ticket pdf if the font select is Global Font.

Advanced Pages

For advanced pages, your global font will apply if the font selected is Global Font.

Confirmation and Reminder Emails

Your global font will also apply to the confirmation emails and reminder emails if you're using the advanced template and the font select is Global Font. It will not apply for engage emails.

Why doesn't my global font appear in emails?

This is expected and not an error. Unlike your event pages, emails display using the recipient's email client (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.), and many of these don't support custom fonts—so they substitute one of their own defaults instead. This is a limitation of email clients, not Accelevents. For the most consistent results across inboxes, choose a widely supported "web-safe" font such as Arial, Georgia, Verdana, or Times New Roman as your global font.

Attendee App

Your Global Font will also apply in the attendee app soon, stay tuned for updates!

The admin console will still have the system's default font, the global font will only apply to attendee-facing pages.
