Are you hosting a live in-person auction at your fundraising event in addition to the online auction? If so, you can use your Accelevents fundraising page to draw attention and interest by making items "Reserved for Live Auction" (without allowing online bidders to bid on them). Follow the instructions below!

Go to Fundraising &gt; Auction &gt; Add Items.

Toggle on Accept in-person bidding only.

- Go to Fundraising &gt; Auction &gt; Add Items.
- Select the item you want to edit.
- Toggle on Accept in-person bidding only.

When enabled, the item displays a Reserved for Live Auction label, and online bidding is disabled.

Configure an auction item for in-person bidding only to reserve it for your live auction. When enabled, the item will not be available for online bidding.
