Add Categories to Your Exhibitor Booths

If you have different tiers or levels of exhibitor booths, you can group them by category. Adding exhibitors to categories makes it easier for your attendees to filter in the expo. You can have as many categories as you need for your event and assign multiple categories for booths. The categories will appear on top of the Expo and when clicked it will show the booths for that category. The categories you create will also appear when attendees view the event through the attendee app.

Create Booth Categories

  • Go to the Exhibitors & Sponsors > Exhibitors

  • Click Categories

  • Click + Add Category

  • Enter the category name and adjust the label color

  • Click Add

Assign Categories to Booths

  • Open the booth for editing

  • Go to Categories under Manage Booth Interactivity

  • Select a category in the dropdown

  • Click Save
