Downloading Chat Messages
Download Session Chat
Click Analytics
Select the Sessions tab
Click the session to show the analytics for that session
Click Download Session Chat
Download the Lobby Chat
Go to Event Design
Select Event Hub
Under Hub Configuration, Click Lobby
Scroll down and click Download Chat
Download the Exhibitor Booth Chat
Go to the Event Hub
Click My Booth
Select the exhibitor booth
Click Chat with a Lead
Click Download Exhibitor Chat
