Do you have an uninvited attendee? Is someone breaking your event's code of conduct or being disruptive? We've added a 'block' and 'unblock' feature to help!
Block Attendees
Go to Attendees > Orders
Click the 3 dot menu under actions
Select Block
Once blocked, there will be a "stop" icon on the attendee. You can unblock them from the same 3 dot menu.
What Happens When An Attendee is Blocked?
They can no longer enter the event.
They will be redirected to the Event Landing Page if they are already in the event and got blocked.
They will not receive any emails from the event.
They will not be able to re-register with the same email address
