Do you have an uninvited attendee? Is someone breaking your event's code of conduct or being disruptive? We've added a 'block' and 'unblock' feature to help!
Blocking the Attendee
1. Log in to the Admin Console and go to Attendees > Orders.
2. Select the attendee that you would like to block. You may utilize the search tab at the upper right of the window; you can search by attendee name and email address.
3. Once you've selected the attendee, click the ellipsis under the 'Actions' column and select 'Block.'
4. You will see a pop-up message indicating that the block was successful. A prohibitory symbol will appear next to the name of the blocked attendee.
Once the attendee has been blocked, his email address will be prohibited from entering the event. If the attendee is blocked while he is in the event or attending a session, he will be redirected to the Event Site.
The blocked user will not be able to re-register with the same email address and will get a pop up with this message in case he tries to enter the event:
If you decide to unblock an attendee, repeat the steps mentioned above but select 'Unblock' from the drop down menu.
You will see a pop up message indicating that the attendee has been unblocked. At this point, the attendee will regain access to the event.
