Do you have an uninvited attendee? Is someone breaking your event's code of conduct or being disruptive? We've added a 'block' and 'unblock' feature to help!
Blocking the Attendee
1. Log in to the Admin Console and go to Attendees > Orders.
2. Search for the attendee that you would like to block. You can search by attendee name or email address.
3. Once you've selected the attendee, click the ellipsis under the 'Actions' column and select 'Block.'
4. You will see a pop-up message indicating that the block was successful. A prohibitory symbol will appear next to the name of the blocked attendee.
Once the attendee is blocked, they can no longer enter the event. If they are already in the event and blocked, they will be redirected back to the Event Landing Page.
The blocked user will also not be able to receive any emails from the event.
The blocked user will not be able to re-register with the same email address and will get a pop-up with this message in case he tries to enter the event:
If you decide to unblock an attendee, repeat the abovementioned steps but select 'Unblock' from the drop-down menu.
You will see a pop-up message indicating that the attendee has been unblocked. At this point, the attendee will regain access to the event.
