After registering for the event, you can log in to your account to update the information, transfer the ticket to another attendee, add the ticket to your Apple Wallet, download your ticket, resend the order confirmation, and more. This can be done in the My Registrations section of your account.
Access My Registrations
Click Login or Sign In from the event landing page or log in from the Accelevents Login Page
After logging in, click your profile and select My Registrations
My Orders in My Registrations
On the My Registrations page, you'll see all the orders for which you are the ticket buyer or holder. If you bought multiple tickets and add-ons, they'll be listed in the order.
From this page, you can download the ticket PDF file with the QR code, resend the order confirmation email, join the event if it's already open, and view or edit the registration information.
Edit the Ticket Buyer and Holder's Information
After clicking the event logo or the Registration Details button, you'll see the ticket buyer and attendees' registration information. If someone else bought the ticket for you, you can only see and/or edit your ticket information.
To edit the information, click Edit Details at the upper right, enter the new information, and click Update.
Notes:
You can still edit the information even after the attendee has checked in.
If the event has ended, you can no longer edit.
If you don't see the option to edit or transfer, please contact the event organizer.
Transfer the Ticket to Another Attendee
Click Transfer Registration to transfer the ticket ownership to another attendee. In the pop-up, enter the new attendee's information. After confirming the transfer, the new attendee should receive the order confirmation letter. A new QR code will be generated for the user. This invalidates the old QR code and can no longer be used.
Notes:
You can no longer transfer the ticket if the attendee has already checked in.
Please contact the organizer if you need to exchange the ticket for another ticket.
If the attendee's name and email fields were initially left blank during registration, and the event admin did not give permission to edit the holder's details after registration, the buyer can select Transfer Registration to transfer and update the attendee's name and email address.
If the event is set to have a unique email per attendee, you will get an error message if you try to transfer a ticket to an existing attendee.

Download The Invoice
The invoice for the order can be downloaded at the top of the page. The invoice should reflect the updated information if you've transferred tickets to other attendees.
Add to Apple Wallet
If you're using an iPhone, click Add to Apple Wallet to add your QR code to your wallet. You may want to download this if you're attending an in-person event that requires you to show the QR code upon arrival.
