The Lobby and Expo Live Stream Feature
This feature allows you to show a live streaming video or a recorded video in the lobby and expo banners. The video will be shown on the right side, covering half of the banner.
Important Note: This feature may not be available on lower plans. Please get in touch with your account manager to upgrade your plan.

Enable the Lobby Banner Live Stream
To make the video appear in the Lobby banner, first, you'll need to enable the banner, add an image, and then enable the live stream.
1. Add a Banner Image
Go to the Event Design tab
Click Event Hub, then click Content
Scroll down to Event Hub Banner Image and upload an image (2000 x 500)
2. Enable the Live Streaming
From the Event Hub, click Lobby
Scroll down to Lobby Live Stream Setting
Enable Lobby Live Stream
Select the Stream Provider - choose whether to upload a recorded video or stream via RTMP
Accelevents RTMP - when this is chosen, you'll see the option to copy the Stream Key and RTMP URL
Direct Upload - when this is chosen, you'll see options to upload the video and start the broadcast

Enable the Expo Banner Live Stream
To make the video appear in the Expo banner, first, you'll need to enable the banner, add an image, and then enable the live stream.
1. Add a Banner Image
Go to the Exhibitors & Sponsors tab
Click Exhibitors, then Settings
Under the General tab, scroll down to Show exhibitor page banner image and toggle it on, and upload an image (2000 x 500)
2. Enable the Live Streaming
On the same page, toggle on Enable Exhibitor Live Stream
Select Stream Provider - choose whether to upload a recorded video or stream via RTMP
Accelevents RTMP - when this is chosen, you'll see the option to copy the Stream Key and RTMP URL
Direct Upload - when this is chosen, you'll see options to upload the video and start the broadcast

Start Broadcasting the Banner Live Stream

Copy the Streaming Key and RTMP URL and paste this into the settings of the 3rd party application you're using to stream. (e.g., OBS, Wirecast, Switcher Studio)
Click Broadcast from the 3rd-party application. The live stream should automatically show in the banner.
Direct Upload
Go to the Lobby or Expo Live Stream settings
Click Broadcast - this is done manually from the admin console, once clicked the video will play in the banner.
Once the video is playing, the Broadcast button will say "Broadcast Started"
To replay the video, click the "Broadcast Started" button; it will again say "Broadcast". Click it again to have the video start playing again.
