Sell Tickets Through the Accelevents Admin App

Download the Accelevents Admin App to sell tickets at your event venue

You may also sell tickets in person and at the door of your event through your iPad! Download the Accelevents Admin App and log in using your admin or staff access.

Notes:

  • Please ensure you install the latest app version to see the latest updates.

  • Recurring events are not accessible through the admin app.

  • Selling is only available through an iPad. If the admin app is accessed through mobile, it will have a "sell" button, but ticket types will not show.

Sell Tickets Through the iPad Admin App

  • Download the Accelevents Admin App - iOS

  • Login

  • Select the event

  • Select Click Here to Access the Staff Portal. This will redirect the user to a browser to sell tickets.

  • Click Sell Event Tickets

  • Select the ticket type

  • Enter the buyer information, including credit card details

  • Submit the purchase

Sell Tickets in the Kiosk

If you're using the Kiosk, there is also an option for walk-ins to get their own ticket.

  • Go to Event Design > Kiosk in your admin console

  • Go to the Settings tab

  • Enable the toggle for Registration & Ticket Sales

  • Open the Kiosk in the iPad to see the Register Now button
