You can now limit the total number of overall tickets available for your event. If you have a set maximum capacity for your event, this is your best option instead of adjusting the availability of each ticket type.

Set the Event Limit Capacity

  • Go to Registration > Set Up Tickets

  • Turn on the toggle for Event Limit Capacity

  • Enter the maximum number of overall tickets you would like available for your event.

  • Click away from the field to save it. A "Saved" message will appear in the upper-right corner.

Note: Ensure to enter a number equal to or more than the total tickets sold. You can check your overview to see how many you've sold already.
