Describing Your Event
Adding a description of your event and the cause that you are supporting will help your audience connect with you and your cause, resulting in higher proceeds to donate.
To add a description to your event site landing page, simply follow these steps:
Go to the Event Design tab
Select Event Website
Click Edit Website under Standard
Scroll down to the About tab, and then you can start typing in your content in the Description area
The content editor lets you style the text, add images and links, and embed videos in the description box to entice your audience to sign up.
