Describing Your Event
Adding a description of your event and the cause that you are supporting will help your audience connect with you and your cause, resulting in higher proceeds to donate.
To add a description to your basic event landing page, simply follow these steps:
Go to the Event Design tab
Select Event Website
In the Basic Website, scroll to the description area in the page preview
Add your content directly in the preview's description area
The content editor lets you style the text, add images and links, and embed videos in the description box to entice your audience to sign up.
