Important Note

This feature is only available to events with Stripe connected as a payment processor and is available by request. Please reach out to our Customer Support Team to activate this.

Payment Methods

When ACH/SEPA payment method is activated for an event, attendees can purchase tickets by debiting the amount directly from their bank account.

ACH

ACH is a US financial network that allows electronic payments and transfers between bank accounts. It's a convenient way to send money without using checks, credit cards, wires, or cash. This is only available for events with USD currency. Once activated, the payment method appears next to the card option.

SEPA

SEPA is a financial messaging system that simplifies euro bank transfers across the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway (from the European Economic Area), and Switzerland. It allows businesses to make secure and standardized payments via direct debits and credits to participating countries, all through a single bank account. This is only available for events with EUR currency. Once activated, the payment method appears next to the card option.

After paying through ACH or SEPA, you should see the transaction in the Orders tab in your admin console, and the status will be "Processing."

Once the payment goes through, the status will be updated to "Paid"

For ACH, it can take up to 4 business days to process. For SEPA, it can take up to 5 to 14 business days to process.
