Have Attendees Scan a QR Code to Check-In to Sessions
Through the Attendee app, attendees can now scan a QR code to check in to an in-person session. This makes entry to in-person sessions a more seamless experience for both event organizers and attendees.

This feature is only available for In-Person and Hybrid Events
Please ensure you install the latest app version to see the latest updates.
There is no option for attendees to scan a QR code to check out of the session. If you need to check out attendees, turn on Kiosk mode in the iPad admin app and have them check out from there.
Allow Attendee Self Check-In
To set this up, open the session for editing and turn on the toggle to Allow Attendees Self Check-In in Advanced Settings. A unique QR code will appear at the bottom, which event admins can download, print, and then position at the door, or they can include the QR code in their presentation for attendees to scan using the Attendee app.
Self Check-In to Sessions By Scanning the QR Code
Attendees using the Attendee app can just click QR Scan from the Lobby page of the event. This will launch the camera so they can scan the session QR code. After scanning, they will be considered as "Checked In" to the session.
