The Registration Data Report is a downloadable CSV report that includes ticket buyer and holder data. It shows all the order form answers, transaction details, registration status, and more. Each row represents a ticket, add-on purchase, or donation made through registration.

This report can be downloaded in 2 areas: Orders and Analytics tab

  • Go to Attendees > Orders > Download

  • Go to Analytics > Download

The report has 43 columns, which will increase if you include order form questions in the registration. If there are other order form questions included in the registration, the buyer fields will be inserted after the Buyer Email column, and the holder fields will be inserted after the Holder Email column.

Basic Registration Information

These columns would indicate the ticket buyer and holder's information. The essential and required information is the name and email address.

The first name, last name, and email added in Step 2 of the registration - enter the buyer details.

Holder First Name

Holder Last Name

Holder Email

The first name, last name, and email added in Step 3 of the registration - enter the holder details.

If this step is removed from the process, the information in this field will come from the buyer's information.

Disclaimer

This will indicate the registrant's response to the disclaimer if enabled.

Ticket and Payment Information

These columns would indicate what ticket was purchased and other related information about the payment.

Order Number

This is an auto-generated number to identify the transaction or order.

Ticket Number

This is an auto-generated number to identify the tickets in an order.

Ticket / Add On Name

This is the ticket name (including donation tickets) or add-on name.

Transaction Type

This will show if the transaction is a ticket purchase, add-on, or donation.

Table Number

This will indicate the table number if the ticket has an assigned table using the venue designer.

Ticket Status

This will show whether the transaction is paid, unpaid, partially paid, partially refunded, fully refunded, canceled, or deleted.

Number of tickets

This will default to 1 ticket if the transaction is for ticket purchase and the registrant has access to the event. The value will be 0 if it's a donation or add-on or the ticket has been canceled or deleted.

Transaction ID

This is the transaction ID you indicated in the attendee CSV upload

Price

This is the base ticket price.

Paid amount

This is the total amount charged to the buyer.

Refunded amount

This is the amount returned to the buyer after refunding.

Fees

This is the credit card processing fee

Sales tax

This is the sales tax amount if you include sales tax for ticket sales.

Payment Type

This will show whether the transaction was paid through cash or card, invoiced (pay later), unpaid, complimentary, or uploaded/imported (external transaction).

Purchase Date/Time

This is the date and time the transaction was made based on the event's timezone.

Payment Status

This will show whether the transaction is paid, unpaid, or refunded.

Order Status

This will show whether the order is complete, refunded, canceled, or deleted.

Refund Date/Time

This is the date and time the transaction was refunded based on the event's timezone.

Coupon discount amount

This is the discount amount

Notes

This is the note you add through the Orders tab. This will also indicate if the registration was done through attendee CSV upload.

Registration Source Information

These columns will show you additional information about how the registration is done.

Access code used

This will show the access code name used for the transaction

Coupon code used

This will show the coupon / discount code name used for the transaction

Tracking Link

This will show the tracking link name used for the transaction

UTM (Source, Medium, Campaign, Term, Content, Referrer)

This will show the values in your UTM link if the buyer registered through the UTM link

If you're using the Tickets widget, the analytics will show you if the ticket is bought through your website through the UTM Referrer column.

Staff Name

This will indicate the team member's name if the team member registered or uploaded the attendee to the event

Country Ticket Purchased In

This will indicate the buyer's location when the ticket is purchased. This is not dependent on the country field in the order form.

Event Access Information

These columns will show you the event check-in details and event access

Note: For in-person events, logging in to the Attendee App does not count attendees as checked in to the event. Attendees must check in at the event venue via Kiosk or staff assistance.

Check In Source

The value will be IN_PERSON if the attendee is checked in through the admin console, staff portal, or admin app.

The value will be VIRTUAL_EVENT_PORTAL if the attendee checks through the attendee app or has accessed the virtual event hub through a browser for virtual or hybrid events.

Speakers for an in-person event may have a VIRTUAL_EVENT_PORTAL check-in source if they log in to access the My Speaking Schedule in the virtual event hub.

The value will be HYBRID_CHECKIN if the attendee with a hybrid ticket checks in through the admin console, staff portal, or admin app and enters the virtual event hub. Initially, the value will be IN_PERSON and will update to HYBRID_CHECKIN when they log into the hub. This also applies if they log in to the hub first and then check in later in person. The check-in time stamp will show the first time they checked in.

Checked In Status

This will indicate if an attendee has checked in or is only registered (Booked). It will be blank if the ticket status is unpaid or if it's a donation or add-on transaction.

Checked In Date/Time

This is the attendee's check-in date and time. It's based on the event's time zone.

Attended

The value will be Yes or No to indicate attendance.

Blocked

The value will be Yes or No to indicate whether the attendee has been blocked.
