In addition to filtering attendees based on name, company, job title, and interest tags, you can add custom filters to the People tab based on attendees' answers to your dropdown or multiple-choice order form questions. These filters will be available in the virtual hub through a browser and the attendee app.
Create Custom Filters
Go to Meetings > Networking
Select People Page
Click Configure
Select the dropdown and/or multiple-choice order form fields you want to include as filters
(Optional) Enable the toggle to Show all ticket holders regardless if they have checked in or not if you want all attendees to be displayed in the app and virtual event hub. There will be 2 tabs to show Who's Here (all checked-in attendees) and Who's Coming (all attendees, including those not checked in).
Click Save.
Note: Attendee profiles can only be viewed and clicked in Who's here. While attendee profiles aren't clickable and cannot be viewed in Who's coming, attendees can still send meeting requests for attendee who are not in the event yet.
Change the Filter Label
Instead of showing the order form question as the filter label, you can customize what shows in the people tab. Click the Edit icon to rename the filter label.
Use Filters in the People Page
From the People page, click the Filter option to lead the filter menu. Filtering should appear in Who's here, My Connections, and Suggested For You. Filtering is available in the virtual event hub and attendee app.
