To easily log in to the attendee app, we've allowed attendees to send themselves a magic link through the app. This is their best and fastest option to log in as it only requires them to click a link from their email instead of entering their whole password or creating a new one.
Note: For in-person events, logging in to the Attendee App does not count attendees as checked in to the event. Attendees must check in at the event venue via Kiosk or staff assistance.
Send a Magic Link from the App to Log In
Open the Attendee App
Enter the email address you used to register for the event
Click Continue with Email
Click Send magic link
Once you get the email, click the link in that email to log in to the app. That's it!
