If you're not using the Accelevents to HubSpot integration to add or update contacts after registering in Accelevents, you can still have the attendee information appear in their HubSpot contact record by creating a Zap!
With this Zap, their order form answers will show in HubSpot and other auto-generated information like their order number, ticker number, ticket name, magic link, and more.
Your Zap would look like this:

1. Access the Latest Accelevents App and Log In
You can start by clicking on this link, which will allow you to use the most up-to-date version of our app, Accelevents. Sign up or log in to your Zapier account.
If you're already logged in, click Connect Accelevents to 5000+ apps.
On the next page, you'll see your Zap setup page, wherein the app selected is Accelevents.

2. Select the Trigger
In the Event dropdown, choose New Ticket Purchase Trigger
3. Connect Your Accelevents Event to Zapier
Click Sign In, and a pop-up will appear where you can enter the API Key.
To get your Zapier API Key, open your event admin console in Accelevents
Go to Settings > Integrations
Enable the toggle for Zapier Integration
Click on Configure, then copy the generated API key.
4. Test the Trigger
Click Test Trigger so Zapier can check for a successful connection between the two platforms.
Select a transaction to test. Then click Continue with selected record. If the test is successful, it will move on to the next step.
Part 2: Find the Contact in HubSpot

1. Select HubSpot for Action
2. Select Find Contact
Search for the Find Contact in the event dropdown, then click Continue.
3. Connect Your Account to Zapier
If you've previously used HubSpot for your Zaps, you can select the account from the dropdown or click + Connect a new account. Once selected, click Continue.
4. Search for the Contact Email Property
For the First search property name, search for Contact information: Email
5. Search for the Ticket Holder Email Property
For the First search property value, search for Event Tickets Holder Email
6. Test the Step
Click Continue, then test the step to see if it will fetch data from HubSpot.
If the test is successful, create another action to update the contact.

1. Create another Action
Click the + button below the action you created and select HubSpot
2. Select Update Contact
Search and select Update Contact in the event dropdown
Since you've already connected your HubSpot account in the previous action, you can click Continue to set the Action.
3. Map the Object ID
The only required mapping in the action menu is the Object ID, which refers to the contact's record ID. Search and select ID under Find Contact.
4. Map the Other Field
Map all the other information from Accelevents you need to show in HubSpot. In this example, we are mapping the Magic Link from Accelevents to a field in HubSpot.
5. Test and Publish
When you're done mapping, test the step and check HubSpot to see if the data is carried over. Then, you can publish the Zap! That's it!
