Create and Download Certificates for Eligible Participants
The Certificates feature allows you to create and send certificates to attendees who completed the Continuing Education challenge. You can make a design that fits your branding, including the certificate's attendee names and profile pictures.
Create a Certificate
Go to Engage > Certificates
Click Create Certificate
Enter the certificate name
Assign the continuing education challenge
Enter the width and height of the certificate
Click Create
Design a Certificate
After creating the certificate, click the 3 dot menu and select Edit Design. This will open the editor where you can add elements to the template.
Use the left-side navigation menu on the Certificate Designer page to add elements to your template.
Widgets - event and attendee information that can be added to the certificate.
Shapes - choose and adjust different shapes, sizes, colors, and border weights.
Text - add customized text and change the font, size, colors, and alignment.
Images - Upload image files that will appear on your certificate.
Click the element once to add it to the template. If the element is selected in the template, you will see the options to customize it on the left side menu. To delete an element, click the trash icon or drag it outside the template. To see what your design would look like, click the Preview button on top.
Note: Our Certificate Designer is for simple designs and is not intended to replace professional graphic design tools like Photoshop or Canva. If our designer cannot produce the graphics you need, you may work on the graphics on another platform and then upload the image to your design.
Download the Certificate
When the Continuing Education challenge is over, you can head over to Analytics to download the attendee's certificate.
Go to Analytics > Continuing Education
Filter to show the Continuing Education challenge
Filter to show only Eligible participants
Click the Download Certificate button to download a PDF file of the certificate
