Share a Page to Showcase a Speaker
The Speaker Page is a fully customizable page that you can share to attendees to showcase each speaker. You can show your speaker's bio, their sessions and you can even include sponsor to the page and more.
Enable Speaker Pages
Go to Event Content > Speakers
Click Settings
Enable Create unique page for each speaker under Speaker Pages
Customize the Page
From the screenshot above, you can click Website Pages or navigate the advanced page builder:
Go to Event Design > Event Website
Hover on the Speaker Page and click Edit Page. This will open the template editor.
The Speaker Page Template
In the template, you'll see widgets already added which will show the speaker's profile picture, the sponsor associated with this speaker and the sessions associated with this speaker. it also has merge tags that will pull the speaker's name, company, title and bio.
You can customize this whole page by dragging and dropping items to the template. You can also add other merge tags to pull the social media links from the speaker's bio.
Notes:
There's only 1 speaker page that will be generated, the content shown on the page will depend on the speaker page link, so each speaker will have their own link that will show their information.
Do not use the preview button as it will not show you the preview of the page. You'll need to access individual speaker page links to see the page.
View the Speaker Page
When you're done editing, go back to the Speakers tab to view each speaker's page.
Go to Event Content > Speakers
Click the link icon next to the speaker's name
Paste the link to a new tab to view the speaker page
Note: The link is unique per speaker, the slug will have the speaker's name.
In the example below, the speaker is associated to 3 sponsors and a few sessions where the sessions are listed chronologically.
