Associate Tiers to Add Ons and Add Ticket Visibility Logic Per Tier

Exhibitor Tiers are used together with exhibitor add ons when you're selling add ons for exhibitors that automatically creates the booth after purchase.

For example, in the event we are selling booth packages (exhibitor add ons) with different price ranges. To ensure that a booth is automatically created when a booth package is purchased, an exhibitor tier must be associated to the package.

Exhibitor Tiers can also be used to create specific logic rules per tier when exhibitors are purchasing tickets for team members, instead of creating a logic per booth.

For example, if someone purchases the Platinum Booth Package, they are given a 50% off on regular tickets and if it's for the lower packages, you can assign a different discount amount. If you have exhibitor tiers, you don't need to go in to each booth settings to add each allotment logic, instead you can create the logic in the tier settings, this way it would apply to all booths under the tier.

Create Exhibitor Tiers

  • Go to Exhibitors & Sponsors > Exhibitors

  • Select Tiers

  • Click + Create Tiers

  • Add the Tier name

  • Select a color

  • Associate the tier to an exhibitor add on (optional, do this only if you're selling exhibitor add ons and you want booths to be automatically generated)

Assign Tiers to Existing Booths

  • Open the booth for editing

  • Select the tier in the Exhibitor Tier dropdown

Note: For booths created through exhibitor add on purchases, the tier should automatically be assigned for the booth if the tier is associated to the add on.

Allotment Logic

The allotment logic feature allows you to choose which ticket types can be made available for exhibitors and you can also automatically add discounts for paid tickets when they buy tickets through the exhibitor portal.
