Fastest Way to Add an Attendee
The Add Attendees option in Attendee Management allows event admins to quickly add participants to an event without going through the standard registration process. Instead of completing the full set of registration steps, admins only need to provide basic details such as the attendee’s name and email address. The ticket type can be easily selected from a dropdown, and the same payment options available in the Add Attendees tab are accessible here as well.
Once an attendee is added, admins can immediately download the ticket and print badges directly from the same interface. This streamlined workflow eliminates the need to navigate to other sections of the platform, making it faster and more efficient to manage attendees from start to finish.
Ideally, event admins use this option if they are in a hurry to give access to an attendee like if they are walk-ins.
Quickly Add an Attendee
Go to Attendees > Attendee Management
Click + Add Attendees
Enter the attendee name and email
Select the ticket type
Select the payment type
Enter the payment information (for credit card)
Click Add
Quickly Download the Ticket and Print the Badge
After registering the attendee, you'll see the options to download the ticket pdf file and print their badge.
