Show Additional Exhibitor Information in the Booth Through Custom Properties
Custom Booth Properties can be used to gather information from exhibitors when they're purchasing booths through add ons. The questions and values in these properties can also be show in the expo.

Aside from making the properties visible, you can also make these fields editable by exhibitors and have attendees use them as filters or sorter in the expo. In the property settings, go to the Rules tab to select the display options.
Exhibitor admins can edit | Exhibitors can update the answer in the field. |
Attendees can filter exhibitors by this field | The field will appear as a filter option in the expo. This is applicable only to dropdown and multiple choice fields. |
Attendees can sort exhibitors by this field | The field will appear as a sort option in the expo. This is applicable only to date and number fields. |
Connect Booth Properties to Order Form Fields
When exhibitors buy booths through add ons, you can connect these properties to order form fields so that the answers will populate in the booth.
In this example, we're creating the fields for Booth Name and Industry, so that when they buy the booth, the booth name they entered will apply as the booth's name instead of the buyer's name and the industry they entered will also populate in the booth setting and expo.
1. Create the add on order form fields
Go to Registration > Order Form
Click Settings
Enable Require Add-on information
Go back and click the Addon tab
Click +Add Field
Add the fields that you want to include in the order form when exhibitors purchase a booth
Click Save
2. Connect the Order Form Field to the Booth Property
Go back to the booth Properties menu and open the property for editing
In the Connect Form Field dropdown, select the add on form field you want to connect to this property
Click Update
When exhibitors buy a booth, they will see the add ons fields in step 3 of the registration process. When the order is created, you'll see the values in the add ons fields and will also populate in the booth.
Note: If the values are updated in the order, it will not update in the booth.
