Accelevents makes it easy to transition from an online auction to an in-person event. Configure each auction item for online or in-person bidding. Guests can continue placing bids online or by text message, receive outbid notifications, and be notified if they win a silent auction item.

For example, you can auction Items 1, 2, and 3 during your in-person event while making Items 4, 5, and 6 available for online bidding only. Once the in-person auction ends, attendees can continue bidding online for Items 4, 5, and 6 until the online auction closes.

When Accept in-person bidding only is turned on, the item is reserved for in-person (live) bidding only. When it is turned off, the item is available for online bidding.
