Transitioning from an Online Auction to an In-person Auction
With your Accelevents silent auction, transitioning to your live event is seamless. Rather than ending the online or pre-event portion of your auction, you just have to make sure that your items are set to be bid on are online or in-person.
Instead, your guests can simply continue bidding via text message or online. All bidders and guests will continue to receive outbid notifications and will be notified upon winning silent auction items.
Example:
On your in-person event you Auction off items 1, 2, and 3 but items 4, 5, and 6 are auctioned off only online. When you're done auctioning off items 1, 2, and 3 people can still bid for items 4, 5, and 6 online.
How do I set items for in-person or online?
Admin Console > Auction > Add Items > Pencil Icon to Edit
