Complete Your Assigned Exhibitor Tasks

In the ERC's Task tab, you can click the task to see the details and click Submit or Mark as Complete to indicate that the task is done.

Complete Your Assigned Exhibitor Tasks

In the Tasks menu in the Exhibitor Resource Center, you will see all the tasks assigned to you by the event organizers. These can include adding you booth logo and other content, add your other team members to the booth, or purchase and assign tickets for your team members or they would want you to answer questions through a survey. These tasks can appear as soon as you log in or it may be assigned at a later time. You may get notified through email if there's a new task and if your task is almost due.

Access Tasks in the ERC

After an exhibitor is added to the booth as a team member, an email will be sent with a button to Access the Resource Center. When clicked, it will redirect to the ERC.

Complete Your Tasks

In the ERC's Task tab, you can click the task to see the details and click Submit or Mark as Complete to indicate that the task is done. The Submit button will change to Completed when you're done.

If it's a task to answer a survey, the survey will show when you click Start Survey.

Anyone from your team can access these tasks. Even if it's already completed, you can still click on the task to view the details or the survey answers. After submitting, you can no longer change the task status or your answers to the survey.
