Exhibitor Analytics: Leads Lists
Reviewing your analytics can give you a better understanding of your audience's behavior. The results in your analytics can also determine what approach and adjustments you need to do on your next event.
The Exhibitor analytics page will show you the number of booths in the event, how many leads are collected, how many times the booth is view, total clicks in the call to action button inside the booths and more. You can click on a booth or the download button to see detailed information about each exhibitor's analytics.
Leads List CSV File
For the Leads List file, admins can go to Analytics > Exhibitor and can click the Download button to get 1 file for all the booths. If you want individual files, you can click on a booth and click the Download button from the menu.
Exhibitors can download the leads list from the exhibitor portal and the attendee app.
This report will give you the list of leads generated in the booth, data on how they are added to the booth, ticket holder information shared to exhibitors, actions they've done in the booth and more.
If in the booth settings, you've shared more attendee data, those will be included in the leads list report.
Lead data can be captured even during pre and post event access.
