Who Do I Contact?
Figure out how you can get in touch with your Event Host to get help on what is specific to their event, or reach out to Accelevents Support Team if you need help with the platform itself.
1. Use the Event Landing Page's Contact button.
Easily contact the Event Host through the Contact button found on the upper portion of their landing page. This is the only way for you to contact the Event Host if the event hasn't started yet or the event already ended since you won't have access to the Virtual Event Hub.
After clicking on it, you only need to fill your Name and Email Address then the message that you want to send them. Click Send Message and your inquiry will go straight to the Event Host's email.
2. Use the Info Desk and Chat Feature in the Virtual Event Hub.
An option to get more information when you are already in the Virtual Event Hub is through the Event's Info Desk. This would usually contain answers to an event's FAQs and would have important documents that would give you more information on the event and organizer. You can go there by simply clicking on Lobby then Info Desk.
If the information you are looking for is not in the Info Desk, you can use the chat feature on the side. Event staff and admin would be on the lookout for messages, they can quickly respond to your inquiry.
3. Use Accelevents Chat Support
If you need assistance with the platform itself, you may reach out to our Support Team and we will guide you in troubleshooting. From the virtual event hub, you can click on our logo at the bottom of the navigation or you may go to www.accelevents.com.

I ordered the wrong ticket type. Who do I contact?
You may contact the Event Host. They can delete and refund your previous order so you can purchase the correct ticket type.
I can't make it to the event. Can you refund me?
This is subject to the Event Host's approval so you'll need to reach out to them directly.
I need help entering the event. Should I contact the Event Host or Accelevents?
Please contact the Event Host first. Confirm with them if you're already allowed to enter the event. Pre-event access is normally 30 minutes before the event but this can be modified by the Event Host.
If you've confirmed with the Event Host that you should already have access, double-check the email address that you are using when trying to enter the event. Please note that you may only enter the event with the email address that you used when you registered for the event.
If you are using the correct email address, please chat with Accelevents Support.
I can't buy a ticket, I'm getting an error, what should I do?
Please take a screenshot of the error that you're getting then chat with Accelevents Support for assistance.
I'm already in the event but I can't seem to get into some sessions, who do I contact?
Please contact the Event Host first. Confirm with them if the ticket type you are holding has access to the sessions that you are trying to access. They can set access restrictions for sessions.
If you've confirmed with the Event Host that your ticket type has access to the sessions but you're still having an error, your Event Host would usually contact Accelevents about this, but you can also directly chat with Accelevents Support.
I want access to the sessions after the event, who do I contact?
Please contact the Event Host to check with them if they allow post-event access.

You may search for it in our list of public events found here: https://www.accelevents.com/events
If you can't find it listed in our public events, you may chat with us. Prepare the name of the event that you're looking for and the name of its organizer.
I don't know my password, what should I do?

Please note that your password requires 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 special character, 1 number, no whitespaces, and at least 10 characters in length
