Attendees in an in-person event can now check in through a kiosk using an iPad. This makes check-in faster and hassle-free. Scan your attendee QR code or search for your registration through the kiosk to check in and print your badge.
Notes:
Please ensure you install the latest app version to see the latest updates.
For in-person events, logging in to the Attendee App does not count attendees as checked in to the event. Attendees must check in at the event venue via Kiosk or staff assistance.
Recurring events are not accessible through the admin app.
Kiosk Check In and Badge Printing
In the Kiosk, you'll see two options for checking in: scanning your QR code or searching for your registration.
Check In with QR Code
Click Check in with QR Code from the touch screen
Hold up your QR code to face the camera. This will scan your code.
Note: you can also switch to the device's front camera if needed
Click Check In
Click Print Badge
Check your information and edit if needed, then click Update and Print Badge
Claim your badge from the printer. That's it! You're done checking in!
Check In with Search
Click Check in with Search from the touchscreen
Enter your information (e.g., full name)
Select your profile
Click Check In
Click Print Badge
Check your information and edit if needed, then click Update and Print Badge
Claim your badge from the printer. That's it! You're done checking in!

Upload a Profile Picture of the Attendee
You can allow attendees to upload a profile picture during check-in through the Kiosk.
In the admin console:
Click Event Design then Kiosk
Click the Confirm tab
Enable the toggle for Show Information Confirmation
Enable the toggle for Profile Picture
When an attendee is searched manually or by QR code, the confirmation page will include an edit icon, allowing the iPad's camera to capture the profile photo. Attendees have the option to either retake the photo or use the one already taken.
