Attendees in an in-person event can now check in through a kiosk. This makes check-in faster and hassle-free. Scan your attendee QR code or search for your ticket number through the kiosk, then click the button to print your badge. That's it!
Note: Kiosk Mode is only available through an iPad
Check-In and Print Your Badge Through the Kiosk
1. Check-In with QR Code
Click Check in with QR Code from the touch screen
Hold up your QR code to face the camera. This will scan your code.
If the QR code is valid, it will automatically check-in. Then it will move you to the next page.
Click Print My Badge
Claim your badge from the printer. That's it! You're done checking in!
2. Check-In with Ticket Number
Click Check in with Search from the touchscreen
Enter your name and ticket number
Click Search
Click Check In
Click Print My Badge
Claim your badge from the printer. That's it! You're done checking in!
Note for Event Admins: If you want to change the ticket number field to an email address field instead, please get in touch with our support team through chat or email us at info@accelevents.com to have this enabled.
