Attendees in an in-person event can now check in through a kiosk. This makes check-in faster and hassle-free. Scan your attendee QR code or search for your ticket number through the kiosk, then click the button to print your badge. That's it!

Check-In and Print Your Badge Through the Kiosk

1. Check-In with QR Code

  • Click Check in with QR Code from the touch screen

  • Hold up your QR code to face the camera. This will scan your code.

  • If the QR code is valid, it will automatically check-in. Then it will move you to the next page.

  • Click Print My Badge

  • Claim your badge from the printer. That's it! You're done checking in!

2. Check-In with Ticket Number

  • Click Check in with Search from the touchscreen

  • Enter your name and ticket number

  • Click Search

  • Click Check In

  • Click Print My Badge

  • Claim your badge from the printer. That's it! You're done checking in!

    Note for Event Admins: If you want to change the ticket number field to an email address field instead, please get in touch with our support team through chat or email us at info@accelevents.com to have this enabled.
