Request to Hide the Event Date and Time
Yes! We can hide it for you. It also hides the add to calendar button. You can just contact our support team through chat. The session dates and times will still appear, but attendees won't see the event date and time on the landing page.

Organizer Page
PDF Ticket
If you do not want the date and time to appear in emails, you will need to remove the corresponding merge tags from your order confirmation email.
Hiding the event date is usually done if, on some days in the event, you have no activity or a hybrid event where the virtual and in-person events start on different days. Hiding it will lessen confusion; you can add the actual dates in your About tab.
Can We Hide Only the Event Time?
Yes. To do this, we still need to hide the event date and time, and then a script must be added to your event to show just the event date.
