Request to Hide the Event Date and Time

Yes! We can hide it for you. It also hides the add to calendar button. You can just contact our support team through chat. The session dates and times will still appear, but attendees won't see the event date and time from the landing page.

You may need to edit your order confirmation email and remove the event date and time merge tags if you don't want them to also show in the email.

Hiding the event date is usually done if, some days in the event, you have no activity or a hybrid event where the virtual and in-person events start on different days. Hiding it will lessen confusion; you can add the actual dates in your About tab.

Yes. To do this we still need to hide the event date and time, and then a script must be added to your event to show just the event date.
