Setting Your White Label Sender Email and Branding

Your White Label Account

One of the best features of having a White Label account is placing your company's branding on the platform. In this article, you'll learn where to add your logo, banner, favicon, and more brand images to replace the Accelevents branding. You'll also learn where to add your company email so that you can start sending emails through the platform.

White Label Sender Email

⚠️ This is an important step that shouldn't be skipped. ⚠️

Part of the White Label package allows you to replace the Accelevents domain with your company domain. Once that's already in place, you can add your White Label sender email, allowing you to send emails from the platform. Without this email, attendees won't receive the order confirmation email. To set this up, go to Settings > General Settings in your admin console.

  • Sender Name - This is the name that appears as the sender when attendees receive emails from the event.

  • Default `Reply-to' email - This email address will receive email replies from attendees.

Note: this is customized per event so that a different sender email can be assigned for each event under the White Label plan.

Shown below is what the attendee sees on their end:

White Label Branding

Easily replace the default Accelevents branding with yours through your White Label Settings.

  • Go to your White Label Dashboard

  • Go to Settings > Branding

Your White Label Dashboard URL looks something like this:

https://www.accelevents.com/u/wl/yourcompanyname/home

Color and Style

Under the Color and Style section, you can customize the Header Background Color and Header Text Color:

Images and Links

⚠️ Important Step ⚠️

Update all the images, text and links below to ensure that none of the Accelevents branding will show.

Header Logo Image

The image appears in the header when you're logged in to your account.

Event Listing Site Banner Image

The image appears as a banner on the event listing page.

Your event listing page URL is your Host Base URL.

Favicon Image

The image appears in the browser's tab label.

Event Logo Image

The default image appears as a logo for events created under your White Label organization.

Default Event Banner Image

The default image appears as a banner for events created under your White Label organization.

2000px X 500px (Ratio 4:1)

Default Item Image

The default image appears for fundraising items.

Notification Popup Image

The default image appears for notifications.

150px X 150px (Ratio 1:1)

AdBlocker Logo Image

The image appears in the header that appears when an AdBlocker is detected.

Header Logo URL

When users click on your header logo image (upper left), this the URL where they will be redirected

Adblocker Document URL

This is the link that appears in the ad blocker

Footer Text

This shows up at the bottom of your landing page. If not changed it will show the default Accelevents Footer

Other Global Options

Set a Global Font

You can either choose from the built-in font options or upload your own custom font to match your organization's brand guidelines.

Apply a Global Landing Page Javascript

If you have a script that must be applied to all your events (e.g. change the "add a guest" text on the landing page), you can add the script in your Enterprise / White Label Dashboard.
