What is the Default 'Reply-to' Email Address for?

This is the designated email address that will receive responses from attendees who reply to the auto-generated emails sent from the event.

Default 'Reply-to' Email Address

The Default 'Reply-to' email found in Settings > General Settings is the email address that will receive the replies from attendees who reply to the following event emails they receive:

  • Order Confirmation email

  • Reminder emails

  • Waitlist emails

  • Fundraising emails

If you're sending an engage email, you can indicate a different reply to email address while composing the email.
