Show your session schedule in your event's default time zone.

Static Event Times

By default, event and session times are displayed in each viewer’s local time zone. For example, an attendee in Los Angeles will see times in Pacific Time even if the event is set in Eastern Time.

Admins can now show Static Event Times to prevent confusion when viewing an in-person event schedule. When enabled, all event dates, agendas, and session schedules will display in the event’s time zone across both the browser and the attendee app.

Note: This setting is only available for hybrid or in-person events

Show Static Event Times on Your Event Landing Page

  • Go to Event Details in your admin console

  • Click Timezone and date settings

  • Enable the toggle for Show event and session times in this time zone

  • Click Apply
