Show your session schedule in your event's default time zone.

Static Event Times

An event's time and session schedule is normally shown in the viewer's time zone. If I am an attendee from Los Angeles, I will see the schedule in Pacific Time even if the event is in New York, which is on Eastern Time.

Admins can now show Static Event Times to prevent confusion when viewing an in-person event schedule.


  • this setting is only available for hybrid or in-person events

  • this is not available yet for the attendee app

Show Static Event Times on Your Event Landing Page

1. On your admin console, go to Event Details.

2. Select timezone and date settings.

3. Select the time zone for your event.

4. Enable the toggle for Show event and session times in this time zone.

5. Click Apply to save your time zone and date settings.
